ABOUT YOUR COACH
Hey there, I'm Andrea
Andrea Ross, is an energetic, playful, multi-skilled athlete and action artist in the stunt performing industry. She is making her mark by being more than just a talented bonafide badass.
A trained gymnast, freestyle wrestler, parkour athlete and circus performer, Andrea continues to add martial arts, driving and water based skills to her performance arsenal.
She’s basically turned being clumsy (or selectively coordinated as she likes to describe it) into a hirable and sought after skill.
Andrea has coached for many years and loves to show everyone how moving your body every day is not only good for your health, but is a lot of fun. Fitness crafts a strong mindset that carries confidence with every step, when you add creative way to move your body into the mix you will be feeling like a kid in the playground in no time.
