That sounds all well and good, but my life isn't all a highlight reel.
It's also a story of gut-wrenching changes and staring down the barrel of "Who the hell am I now?" I've been in the trenches of transformation, getting real with the stranger staring back at me in the mirror.
All of these knock-you-on-your-ass moments, were just forging the iron in me, leading us here, to this moment.
It's about carving out a space for you to slam into your challenges, to meet the badass you are in the mirror, and to reignite that fierce fire within – all while having a damn good time because, let's face it, taking life too seriously is the ultimate joke.
Becoming a mom was the mother of all transitions for me (pun intended). I'll spill the juicy details inside Fear to Fearless course, but just know this: I made it through, and so will you, whatever battle you're facing.
But it's not just about facing down fears, it's about living life full throttle – kiteboarding, mountain biking, skiing, hiking through British Columbia's eye-candy landscapes. And yeah, I'm on a mission to teach the world to cartwheel, because why the hell not?
